It's a lot easier to make sustainable choices when you're well rested, but my night owl tendencies keep me up later than preferred. I'd like to shift my mindset around what counts as "late" so I start winding down earlier.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Simplicity De-Clutter My Home
How can you prevent yourself from accumulating more things in the future?

The decluttering process has allowed me to see more clearly what things I would use or treasure and what things will turn out to be just garbage. If I am more picky about what I bring in, I will get better use out of those few items / treasure them more.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Simplicity Go for a Daily Walk
Fresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively. How does taking a walk each day affect yourself and/or your work?

Walks are difficult for me to remember to get up and get going on, but once I'm walking, it clears my mind and I have a better day. I walked in the rain the other day and it was so refreshing!
