    I have noticed an improvement in how much I spend and what I'm buying. Now that I have to worry about bills and rent, I am keeping track of how much I'm spending on groceries and anything else I need, not things I want.

    I will feel more appreciation for things, even the little things. It will make me happy to have these things and not to feel worse for what I don't have.
