Crystal Howard 10/02/2024 7:03 AMThis morning, I proactively connected with a colleague who voiced yesterday they were behind in their work after attending the all-day retreat to see how I can assist them. They were indirectly saying, I need help, and they gracefully accepted my offer. Made my day and hopefully theirs as well. :-)
