    Eating more fruits and vegetables and less meat is good for our health, as it helps lower the risk of diseases and improve overall well-being. It also benefits others by supporting a more sustainable food system and reducing the strain on healthcare. For the planet, it means less pollution, water use, and deforestation. This week, I cantaloupe, broccoli, bananas blueberries. The cantaloupes were my favorite for their sweet andn juicy taste and health benefits.

    For the whole week, I was able to get many servings of fruit and a good amount of vegetables. I usually had bananas and peaches but during the weekened I was able to enjoy cantaloupes which were very delicious. During the week, I had small servings of steamed broccoli green onions and lettuce with some of my meals
