What did you notice about your habits or routines when limiting your showers to five minutes? What changes — if any — do you think you’ll continue long-term?

I noticed because of the shorter showers I got less distracted after my showers and I was able to move on to more of my class work or chores rather than taking the shower to slow down, go on my phone, or find other ways to take my day off track. I think long term I'll try to keep this because it made me more productive throughout my day which was unexpected.

What did you notice in implementing this challenge? Was it hard to choose other activities over screen time? How did you decide to spend your time?

This week I chose to replace screen time I usually have after classes to decompress with a short 30 minute walk outside. At first it was hard to want to make this change but once it started becoming part of my routine it became more of a habit and I started to look forward to my walks.
