  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Water
What did you notice about your habits or routines when limiting your showers to five minutes? What changes — if any — do you think you’ll continue long-term?

I ended up timing myself and realizing that I only take about a 3 minute shower twice a day. I think it could be cool to get below a five minute total per day, which I’ll try to continue.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Simplicity
Notice how much time you were spending checking email away from work and make note of that. Now that you have stepped away from it and have not been checking, what changes are you noticing in your thoughts, use of time, stress and energy levels?

I was spending a few minutes every hour checking my email and it was causing a ton of stress. Realizing that I can spend a few hours away from my email made me feel way less stressed.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Waste
While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

It's easy to wake up and grab a bottle of water without having to fill it. By purchasing a nice water bottle I will be more likely to use it daily.
