    Spending time outside helps me be more in the moment. It takes away stress, and just breathing in the fresh air or noticing little details around me makes me feel calm and connected to where I am.

    I've seen an improvement in my mood and motivation. Limiting my screen time helped me focus on homework and other daily goals, which made me feel happier and more accomplished overall.

    I could open and close curtains to naturally cool or warm my home. I could also invest in solar panels to power my home, use other solar-powered products, or hang clothes to dry.
