    I feel I always try to express my gratitude when people do things for me because I know how nice it feels to be recognized and appreciated for the things you do, it's important to let others know that they are needed and appreciated!

    it was great, I forgot to check in but this week i've been trying to make or eat at least one meatless meal a day and when possible I try squeezing a vegan one in there too! I've noticed not only have my meals been cheaper this way but have also left me feeling full which I was worried about with leaving meat out :)
