Producing 1 kg of beef emits as much greenhouse gas as driving 150 miles, meanwhile, 1 kg of veggies or grains leaves a much lighter footprint! This week, I’ll shrink my climate impact by having 1 meatless meals and/or 1 vegan meals each day.

Taylor Mannhalter 10/06/2025 3:15 PMit was great, I forgot to check in but this week i've been trying to make or eat at least one meatless meal a day and when possible I try squeezing a vegan one in there too! I've noticed not only have my meals been cheaper this way but have also left me feeling full which I was worried about with leaving meat out :)
