    I feel so much better when I eat lots of fruits and veggies, and it's also much better for the environment. A couple years ago I started having green smoothies for breakfast, and it's one of the best things I've ever done for my health. Most mornings I whip up a smoothie and sit on the porch with my little sister while I drink it. Not only has it gotten me eating more fresh fruits and veggies, but it's also become a habit that lets me spend quality time with my sister!
