Who is affected by polluted water or a lack of access to water in your region? How are they affected?

Although everyone may not directly feel it, any inequity in any aspect of a holistic system affects the whole. It may just take longer for the effects to be felt by those at the top of the food chain, but by then, it may be far too late to recover the system.
