Sage Martinez 10/13/2025 8:53 AMI think that rings true for me. Being outdoors always gives me a sense of joy, especially when being trapped inside all day working. I feel like a culture that spends most of its time indoors might not fully appreciate the value of the outdoors and our natural resources. -

Sage Martinez 10/13/2025 8:48 AMI would like to increase the amount of sleep I get and keep the hours on a set schedule. So far I have been accomplishing this by going to bed and waking up at the same time everyday. This makes me feel more alert and ready for the day.-
