Spending time outdoors often leaves me able to really think about how everything has a purpose because I watch how interconnected everything is. It gives me time to appreciate the small things.

While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

Some barriers would be not everyone can afford a nice reusable water bottle. There have been times where I've gone to work and realized I forgot my reusable water bottle and I needed to have water on me, so I picked up a bottled water. I try to have this already be a habit, but I will be more mindful to make sure I bring my reusable water bottle before I leave the house.
