    Water
What did you notice about your habits or routines when limiting your showers to five minutes? What changes — if any — do you think you’ll continue long-term?

I definitely got to work a lot faster. I think I will continue more so I can stop being late to work.

    Nature
Kathleen Dean Moore says that a sense of gratitude leads to a sense of moral obligation. Do you agree? How can we cultivate a sense of gratitude as individuals, and as a society?

I guess I have not really thought about that that much. I guess if we want to get a sense of gratitude as individuals, you just need to appreciate the little things, and I think it's the same for a society.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Nature
Rachel Carson said that we need the beauty and mysteries of the natural world for our spiritual and emotional development. Does that ring true for you? What are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time indoors?

It does, being in nature really calms me down and makes me think a lot more. I think that a culture that spends more time outside will create more people who are less rash and are more willing to talk things out.

    Health
How does eating more fruits and vegetables and less meat positively affect yourself, other people, and our planet? What fruits or vegetables did you try this week, and which was your favorite?

I tried some more spinach than usual. I felt healthier in general, nothing actually different, just better about myself. It's good to help the planet just a little bit.

That's great! It's the little actions like this that add up to make a big difference. One way that I've enjoyed eating more fruits and vegetables is to put spinach and fresh fruit in my smoothie every morning.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food
If you were to only eat what is in season locally from now on, what would be the most difficult food item for you to give up? Why?

Definitly strawberries, I love them so much in any form.
