"I was vegan 2 years and now am mainly plant-based. It helps my IBS to eat slowly, whole foods and I'm very interested in cooking, not wasting food, and using inexpensive ingredients imaginatively "

Raney Newman 10/27/2024 4:02 PMI have not been as active as I intended this month but it has had a positive effect in my life! My daily eating and shopping habits have changed gradually this month from having at least my daily goals on the wall. I have been using my backpack to carry groceries instead of using disposable bags. Also reusing water bottles and straws. I watched an inspiring and informative new documentary called Food Inc. 2. I voted and used my voice for the environment by supporting a Senator Jon Tester who was in film and is a family farmer. Thank you 4 reading this. -
