    What are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time inside and on screens?

    I feel like lots of people in my generation are very disconnected and alienated from the world we live in, I think living on screens causes us to struggle more with meeting new people and working through differences in ideals than previous generations who grew up in a more in-person culture.

    I walked to get dinner with my boyfriend tonight. It was all places I have been before in a car, but on foot it felt very different. Almost a surreal feeling to experience propelling myself through space until I reached my destination. Also lovely to see all the neighborhood cats!

      When I choose to walk to a restaurant, I'm surprised over and over again at how much better the meal and conversation are. It's as if the act of walking changes my nervous system.

    I would like to tear up my lawn and replace it with plants that have less water requirements or perhaps a pebble garden

    What was the tastiest meatless or vegan meal you ever had or had recently? Did you make it? Can you share a recipe?

    I made kimchi eggs this morning, They were so delicious. But the best vegan meal I've had recently was vegan stuffed peppers. They were PHENOMENOL, and I used more of the pepper than one normally would, ate almost the whole top. everything but the stem. It was the hat on the stuffed pepper

      Are you a person who shares recipes? I'd love to get it for you. I'm always looking for vegan recipes that taste really good.

    How did you incorporate using an entire vegetable (skins, peels, tops, and stalks) during one of your meal preps? What's something new you're going to try that is a zero-waste meal practice?

    I made broccoli and ate the stem as well, also put parsley stems in the sauce I made.
