    Simply being thankful for the people in your lives and things you have can positively make for a person to be more healthier - happy - centered - motivated. The more an individual wants or complains about things/needs the less they contribute to a better world.

    Challenge is going good. Spent the weekend with family - a lot of outdoors time - laughs - and relaxing.

    So far so good. I have started back to the gym - enjoyed lunch away from my desk - temperature outside has been perfect for during off the air and opening windows.

    When I have big problems - or let's say our government is at unrest - I like to break things down and of the positive outcomes. For personal problems it is obviously much easier to do. When it comes to helping others cope, talking and listening - more listening

    Be more aware of items being purchased or brought into the home.
    I am very good at not bring in stuff that I won't use - The issue I have is holding on to childhood stuff - Grandparent stuff etc..

    At work, I eat at my desk while attempting to read an email or work on a project. At home, I eat in front of the television. So when practicing mindfulness, stepping away from my desk - maybe eat outside. When at home use the table.

    Walking/exercising clears my mind - it allows for me to put all the noises from the day out of my mind - allows for clearer focus.
