Take the Pre-Survey
Take the Pre-Event Survey
I’ll take a short pre-survey to share what motivated me to join — and earn 15 points! (If I already took the survey by email, I’ll just mark this action complete to get my points.)
Health
Go Get a Check Up
Regular health check-ups help prevent problems before they start. I will schedule or attend a medical, dental, or mental health check-up to take care of my well-being.
Food
Buy From a Farmers Market
I will shop at a farmers market or food co-op to support local farmers and businesses. By doing so, I may be able to learn more about who produces the food I eat and goods I buy.
Food
Try a New Way to Prep
I will try a new method of food preparation, such as canning, pickling, or baking bread.
Food
Donate Food in My Community
I will find out what food programs are in my area and donate food and/or other items that they request.
Health
Exercise Daily
Daily movement supports our physical and mental health. I will spend 15 minutes each day exercising in a way that feels good to me, such as walking, running, stretching, or dancing.
Health
Enjoy Fruits and Veggies
Adding fruits and vegetables to our meals nourishes our body and the planet. I will prepare and enjoy 2 servings of a variety of colorful fruits and veggies.

REFLECTION QUESTIONFoodWhat is one food choice that you make, or could make, that would do more good and less harm?
Trixie Pechinski 10/06/2025 11:13 AMMy family and I have committed to purchasing as much locally grown produce as possible for our meal prep. This helps both our local farmers and small businesses. In researching, we were able to locate several local producers/farmers within our town or nearby towns that we did not know were there, and can now purchase from them. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFoodWhy do you donate food? How does it connect to your values?
Trixie Pechinski 10/06/2025 11:11 AMIt makes my family and me feel good that we can help others in our community.
