REFLECTION QUESTIONRegenerating Nature Take Shorter ShowersWith 5-minute or less showers reducing your water footprint, what do you plan to add next to your water conservation habits?

REFLECTION QUESTIONRegenerating Nature Spend Time OutsideWhat are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time inside and on screens?
Cynthia Prado 10/25/2022 4:22 PMI feel like in this day and age alot of people are drawn to technology and have lost sight of the simple things like going outside to take a walk or play. Kids these days don't know how to play outside. Its horribly sad and scary that technology is exposing everyone to alot of the negative things in the world. We need to disconnect and get back to the basics and whats going on in our own homes and get outside more. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONNourishing Food Weekly Meal PlanningAn average American throws out about 240 lbs of food per year. The average family of four in the US spends $1,500 a year on food that they throw out. Does this surprise you? Where would you rather use this money?
Cynthia Prado 10/25/2022 4:18 PMThis is not surprising and honestly this meal planning is harder than i had anticipated lol. Im trying to stick to it and plan meals accordingly based on who is home and ow much will we actually eat v. throw away and prep meals for the week. -
