    I walked for 2.40 miles today after work to keep up with the challenge I have taken up

    In order to have a healthy mind and body, it is very important to have proper sleep. I try to get at least 7 hours of sleep everyday in my daily routine

    I met my goal of walking two miles and while I was walking I head the beautiful sounds of birds chirping and the cool breeze blowing, It felt very nice.
