REFLECTION QUESTIONHealthConsider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What changes did you make to improve your sleep, and how did they affect your day?
Malvika Rao 10/13/2025 4:20 PMI want to sleep earlier at night and wake up earlier in the day. The change I made was going to sleep earlier at night and waking up earlier on the weekend and I felt more productive and energetic than if I overslept or underslept.
