Sharing Seeds
A friend is interested in installing a good sized native plant area. We made plans for him to come to our native prairie to collect seeds and consult. Two hours either Sat or Sunday.

Practice Gratitude for Earth
I will spend 15 minutes per day outside, practicing gratitude (prayer, meditation, journaling, etc.) for Earth and my natural surroundings.

Social Action Commission hosted United Nations role play simulation to solve Climate temperature
We hosted the JustEarth.org team to facilitate our SAC team of 24 divided into interest groups to try to get our global temperature down. It was such an interesting discussion and exercise. 2 hours prep and 3 hours onthe evening.

Seed collection and sharing
I collect seeds from our prairie, package them up for sharing and eventually will have a cedar seed sharing box (lending library-like). Right now, Three days this week the girl scouts will plant natives in our community garden to study pollinators in the future.

Access to affordable, nutritious food is a food justice issue. I will advocate for local and/or organic food options at work, on campus and/or in the spaces I frequent.

I drove across town (40 miles) in my hybrid to take my friend who is fighting cancer to her appointment. It was a 4 hour chunk of time. And very good, private time, prayer time and patient's patience.

Drying blankets outside
A person was saving a bunch of nlankets and sheets from the landfill. I laundered all of them, hung them outside to dry (instead of using the dryer) and will donate them to Matt.hew 25 ministries to be reused.
