This idea seems very interesting to me. Although more involved than I had originally thought.

I believe some of the needs that water meets for me is the hydration. Drinking plenty of water keeps your skin smooth and radiant.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Waste
While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

a barrier is not having the reusable water bottle with me. If it's forgotten at work or home then it's more likely that I'll purchase a beverage while out. To overcome I've started keeping reusable water bottles in more places -ie work, car, and home.

What surprised you most about your water footprint, and how did it influence your perspective on water use? What changes can you make to reduce your water consumption, and how will these impact your daily routine?

The biggest thing that surprised me were the virtual water costs. These were associated with pet ownership -and I hadn't considered their water costs. I'm considering 'letting it mellow'...
