Gayle Senn 10/10/2024 7:14 PMI selected to start meditation with this month's challenge. I thought sitting down for 10 minutes and tuning out the world and focusing on myself would be easy. I am struggling with my mind wandering during the time. I have added an additional action step - learn how to stop your mind from wandering. Hopefully by the end of the month I will have a decent start on establishing a routine of meditation daily. -
