    I selected to start meditation with this month's challenge. I thought sitting down for 10 minutes and tuning out the world and focusing on myself would be easy. I am struggling with my mind wandering during the time. I have added an additional action step - learn how to stop your mind from wandering. Hopefully by the end of the month I will have a decent start on establishing a routine of meditation daily.

    The weather in TN is starting to feel like fall finally! I am excited about spending time outside walking and enjoying the weather. I am looking forward to the beautiful fall leaves in the near future! I hope your time outside is as beautiful where you are.
