I sewed my son's old woollen cap which was torn. Instead of buying a new one, I managed to repair and and made it wearable for him.

Going for a health check-up is necessary to know if our overall general health is okay. It also helps us track and monitor on things we need to watch and take care of for better living.

I have started to buy only those items which I actually need. Previously I used to purchase whatever I liked, be it necessary or not. Now, I try to buy only those items which are actually necessary to me.

I have learnt to spend only on the things that I actually need. Previously I used to buy whatever I wished to, most of the times it was not at all important for me. Spending 10 minutes each day in analyzing my spending habit has made me re-think before making any purchases.
