I will spend at least 15 minutes researching and weighing my options to see if a hybrid or electric vehicle makes sense for my lifestyle.
Regular health check-ups help prevent problems before they start. I will schedule or attend a medical, dental, or mental health check-up to take care of my well-being.
I will reduce the amount of paper mail that I receive by 3.4lbs (1.5kg) a month or 41lbs (18.6kg) a year by opting into paperless billing, ending unwanted subscriptions and opting out of junk mail.
I will repair at least one item that is broken, but is repairable. This might be items like garden tools, sewing machine, small appliances, electronics, clothing, and more.
I will avoid wasting water while waiting for the shower or sink to heat up.
I will plant native species, landscape with water-efficient plants, and use eco-friendly fertilizers.
Strong neighborhoods are built on connection and trust. I will introduce myself to 1 neighbors or spend time getting to know people in my community.
I will keep lights, electronics, and appliances turned off when not using them.
I will spend 10 minutes each day maintaining a record of all my purchases and learning about my spending habits.
