REFLECTION QUESTIONNature Learn About the Impact of Old RefrigerantsWhy are old refrigerant gases so harmful to our environment?
Manaal Siddiqui 10/22/2024 3:09 PMOld refrigerant gasses are harmful because they damage the ozone layer. When the ozone layer is damaged, more UV radiation enters the earth, and this affects the climate patterns. Climate change is bad for the environment, as it affects weather patterns which is bad for many ecosystems. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWater Insulate Water Pipes and Water HeaterHow do you think climate change will affect your region’s water supply? Think about the effects of weather, storms, salinity, and sea level rise, among other changes. How can you find out more about climate change’s impact to your region's water?
Manaal Siddiqui 10/10/2024 6:58 AMI think Climate Change can affect my region's water supply because there are so many people that use too much water, especially in very populated cities. The water is pumped underground quicker because of the high demand for hot water, this can decrease water quality. Warmer temperatures cause a higher chance of droughts.
