    It was quite hard to complete this challenge; I find myself dissociating quite a lot when it comes to taking showers. I tend to lose track of time, but I did set up a timer every time. I think one of the things it helped with was focus and to always keep my mind on what I actually need to do in the shower rather than just stand there.
