    I listened to Andrew Huberman's podcast about How Foods & Nutrients Control Our Moods. And, I learned how food impacts mood through neurotransmitters, gut-brain communication, and the microbiome. It highlights how nutrients, diet choices, and psychological beliefs influence emotional balance, cravings, and overall mental well-being.
