    I did it first thing when I woke up. Started off with 50 jumping jacks just as I got out of bed. It is amazing. My entire body is grateful for the wakeup call!

      That is amazing! I might fall over. I wake up for about 30 minutes and then walk briskly for 30-50 minutes. The morning rays and crisp air balance and wake me up. Strong coffee helps as well. (:
