I love knitting and crocheting my own clothes. It helps me slow down on shopping fast fashion and create timeless items I love and take care of.

How is creativity a necessary ingredient for practicing simplicity?

Creativity is finding different ways to re-use or reduce things around the house and go about life in a more sustainable way, even if it is outside of what I'm used to. Being creative also helps me stay busy - I like being creative through knitting and other crafts instead of other less-sustainable activities like shopping.
