Van Vo 10/18/2022 3:44 PMBalancing life and work by building a healthy habit after working for more than 1 hour. This is better for health and helps to improve the physical condition to be able to work at its best. If I lose my balance, I will gradually lose interest in work and just feel more stressed in life.
