    I am addicted to sugar, and it is a challenge for me! I am definitely second-guessing what I eat and am working on fruit instead of chocolate after dinner.

    I practice Transcendental Meditation (TM) and it is the first thing I do each morning. I have practiced for 813 days straight. My goal is to practice TM twice a day. I used to do this but life has gotten in the way but I find when practicing it helps me to be more present.

    We should all be treated equally regardless of race, sex, or abilities. I spent the evening with a friend whose son is trans and learned about all of the challenges he has overcome.
