How did exercising each day impact your physical or mental well-being? What activity did you enjoy most, and why?

Exercising everyday is so great for my physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It physically makes me feel strong, mentally capable, and more stable emotionally. The two activities I mainly did were running and weight lifting. I like both because I can put in my headphones and drown out everything with my headphones.

How is electricity generated where you live? How does it impact the environment, animals, and humans?

According to oregon.gov the majority of our electricity in Oregon is generated from sources such as hydroelectric power, natural gas, nuclear, wind, and solar. The process for generating electricity negatively impacts the environment, animals, and humans because it contributes to pollution of things like our air and water due to the burning of fossil fuels as well as habitats being destroyed due to the building of facilities.
