    Exercising, especially in the morning, give an energy boost to my day. I enjoy doing yoga, Pilates, and just stretching. It is easier on my body and minimizes soreness.

      It really does give a boost to the day. I work in an office, so every hour my co-worker and I get up, do some stretches and some exercises to keep our energy up.

    I have more energy and sleep better when I eliminate meat from my diet. My favorite vegetables are mushrooms.
