Nourishing Food
Forest-Friendly Foods
I will spend 60 minutes learning about palm oil, coffee, cocoa, and other products known to contribute to deforestation, and replace or remove them.
Nourishing Food
Donate Food

Nourishing Food
Weekly Meal Planning
I will reduce food waste, excess carbon and save money by planning my daily and weekly menus so that I only purchase the ingredients needed.
Regenerating Nature
Is Nature on the Ballot?
I will spend 3 minute(s) per day finding out what sustainability and nature-related legislation is on local and state ballots this year.
Regenerating Nature
Volunteer in My Community
I will volunteer 5 hour(s) for a nature-based event or another opportunity to support my community.
Regenerating Nature
Advocate for Forest Protection

REFLECTION QUESTIONNourishing Food Compost Food ScrapsAs you transition from throwing food away to composting, what do you notice about how much you are tossing? How will you use your compost once it is ready?
Franco Zampetti 10/05/2022 3:40 PMWe started a garden this year to help get outside. So now that garden season is over we are composting directly to the garden bed. We add roughly an amount equal to have a 5 gallon bucket each week. It will be great for next year! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONBalancing Consumption Less Screen TimeWhat are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time inside and on screens?
Franco Zampetti 10/05/2022 3:35 PMWith 4 kids between middle school and college I see first hand what too much time on devices and inside is doing to an entire generation of youth. They become introverted. They can’t process feelings properly. They have altered senses of community and reality. Please create healthy habits with them.
