    I realize that young people who are more focused on their screens cannot concentrate for a long time, are not able to communicate with people or like to exchange with others. They live in their own digital world.

    I listen to the BBC Earth Podcast. You learn a lot about animals and it is funny, lively, has the right sounds.

    Don't shower every day, saves money and power. I wash my laundry every second week. I eat at work, which saves water. Would like to have a look on food which needs a lot of water to grow. Washing veggies together in a bowl.

    Looking forward to my first Ecochallenge.  From the Plasticfree Challenge I know how much fun it is and how much you can take out for your daily life.
