To help food-insecure regions gain better access to local, seasonal foods, a combination of systemic changes and individual actions is needed. Systematic change like support for agriculture, improve infrastructure, education and awareness. Our action could be reducing food wastage, buy local and seasonal fruits and vegetables, avoid junk foods, growing our own food and donating foods to those in need.
