    Moving my body each day improves my sleep at night and makes me feel better and more energized. I enjoy a long walk outside or doing pilates.

    Helping your fellow man who is food insecure helps the people you are helping eat and makes me feel good that I am helping someone in need. I also hope that if the situation was reversed, I would receive assistance too.
