October 31 at 2:15 PMAfter going to a check-up, I felt kind of relieved, even though there was nothing wrong; It was just a relief on stuff that I would not have known.

October 31 at 2:11 PMI didn't listen to a podcast, but watched a documentary, The Alabama Solution, about the prison system in Alabama. I learned that in Solitary confinement, one guy was in there for 5 years, and the living situation was bad. Sleeping on floors, unpaid labor, swat team beat prisoners, flooding in their rooms, people leaving in body bags.

October 31 at 2:09 PMI felt like I was wasting a good amount of time in the shower before starting this challenge, which led me to be late for events that I was attending. This keeps me more on time and it also helps save water when doing so.

October 31 at 2:04 PMYes, I had a soda addiction. I feel so much better! Just quitting soda in general was tough. I switched to Zero Sugar soda if I have a craving for soda now!
