The way forward - article Human Rights to Water and Sanitation | UN-Water Governments must take a human rights-based approach (HRBA) to water and sanitation. When compost is ready, I plan to spread it around in my many native plant gardens. The nutrients are healthy for the plants to feed from and it will also save on buying additional garden soil which also saves money.
