    I wish I could cross off that I donated blood. I made an appt and went but sadly didn’t realize that getting a tattoo outside of the country recently disqualified me from being able to donate. live and learn!

    Well, I forgot to track my daily actions over the weekend! Sad to see it slip. I also tried to donate blood and got to the center, but wasn't able to since I recently got a tattoo in Canada last month! Oh well, not about being perfect, just about trying.

    I've been slacking on the daily check-ins lately, I'll remember at the end of the day , but sometimes it is too late. It's really helped so far in creating daily habits which I've historically been bad about keeping up.
