    Nourishing Food Make Zero-Waste Meals
How did you incorporate using an entire vegetable (skins, peels, tops, and stalks) during one of your meal preps? What's something new you're going to try that is a zero-waste meal practice?

We pulled up out tomato plants after the frost and are using the green tomatoes rather than letting them go to waste.  So far, we’ve made pasta sauce (https://www.simpleitaly.com/abruzzo-green-tomato-pasta/) and vegetarian-modified chili (https://www.farmfreshfeasts.com/2017/08/chorizo-and-green-tomato-chili.html?m=1)
