Alyssa Lugtu 10/06/2022 9:17 AMTo create a work life balance I decided to spend time outdoors this AM prior to work. It reduces the amount of electricity used when spending time outdoors. I went for a 4 mile run and took my dog for a 1 mile walk whereas if I was home I would probably be on my phone scrolling.
