    I made the most amazing cream of mushroom soup with dairy free almond milk.  Added thyme and a splash of sherry to jazz it up.  Perfect soup for a cold day!

    I watched a fabulous documentary on Netflix called Fantastic Fungi.  Not only was it beautifully photographed, but the content was super interesting.  And - my sister's friend was interviewed in the movie! https://fantasticfungi.com/

    I helped my daughter clean out her closet to bring a whole bag of clothes that don't fit her anymore to the local collection center.

    Both our Church and our local grocery store offer ways to add items to their boxes for local food shelves.  This is a convenient way to help our communities.

    My challenge will be to find ways to reuse things rather than tossing.  Even once use creates a longer life of items.
