REFLECTION QUESTIONBalancing Consumption Develop a Work-Life BalanceHow does practicing a work-life balance create a more sustainable life for you? How might it contribute to sustainability more broadly?
Kailyn Nelson 10/17/2022 1:08 PMHas to do with being vulnerable and helping others feel comfortable with doing so, too. Shockingly, I'm not a superheroine. I can't do it all in record time. I have to preserve time for diffuse thinking and deep work. I can't be visible on all the meetings. I need fewer projects on my plate, to say no, so that I can actually do them well.
