Help Spread Awareness about Veganism to Friends and Family

Talking about the great food options you still have and sharing those with your loved ones helps reduce stigma surrounding the choice to abstain from consuming animal products. Discussing how veganism is an ethical stance against exploitation of animals and humans, rather than just another fad diet, gets people thinking about their own impact and how their choices affect more than just themselves. Being open to having conversations about it and answering questions about "why" helps people understand the reasoning behind choosing to take this stance instead of them having to make assumptions based of what they have heard from others.

    I don't know how I feel about not getting points for things I already do instead of being able to add them as actions. Maybe I don't understand fully how I am supposed to be marking things... :(

    It was very interesting to find out that our overall footprint is 44% better than similar households! I already focus on my environmental impact, but I'm glad that others are starting to do the same and I am continuing to learn better ways to reduce my carbon footprint!!
