Make a Meal Plan
I will make a meal plan for myself for Monday through Friday. I will eat 3 meals per day. For breakfast, I will have a bowl of cereal with 2% lowfat milk or a toasted bagel with butter. I will have a full glass of orange juice. For lunch, I will prepared a turkey and cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread with lettuce. My lunch will include a piece of fruit or a fruit cup and a small snack. It will also include a juice box. For dinner, I will help my mom prepare dinner of her choosing.
