    On this final day of the challenge, a few thoughts as I reflect on my experience. One of my biggest challenges was to limit screen time. I didn't realize how much was spent cumulatively on computer, phone, tablet, tv, etc. Our information is so digitized (even the books I read are on kindle) that it requires more intentional effort to disconnect.  This eco challenge has helped me recommit to finding ways that I can personally improve my impact over time. Thanks for being on this journey with me!

    My biggest takeaway this week? How easy to make small changes every day that can have meaningful impact!
