    Some of these actions are things I've been wanting to do this year but just never got around to it. I notice that a lot of the things we do to nurture ourselves or conduct self-care (like less screen time, or spending more time outside rather than inside on digital devices) actually have positive environmental effects.

      I agree. We are an integral part of the macrocosm, and everything we do for our health and wellbeing directly translates to wellbeing for the environment, like eating locally grown season foods, like planting more trees for fresh air and oxygen......
