REFLECTION QUESTIONCultivating Communities Pull Together Items to DonateHow can you prevent yourself from accumulating more things in the future?
JR Jackson 10/21/2022 7:40 PMChecking out what I have before heading to the mall has saved gas, preventing duplication of items I already have. It has also allowed me to take those items I no longer use and share them with others who can use it. It also keeps my house clean and less cluttered. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONRegenerating Nature Spend Time OutsideWhat are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time inside and on screens?
JR Jackson 10/16/2022 9:58 PMToo much time on the screen tires and dries out Eyes. It then makes it challenging to see clearly. Getting outside with fresh air clears the mind and allows time for the mind to focus. -

JR Jackson 10/13/2022 9:11 PMWork life balance so, so important. It eases the mind and keeps the body healthy. It reduces stress and provides a level of clarity. This is not easy, and most be worked on daily to reach an even keel level -
