    I would like to get more sleep daily. It will help with my concentration, memory recall and focus. Sleep is overall good for heath.

    While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

    There are no barriers, it's something when used becomes a habit. Be consistent when cleaning the bottles to ensure good health. Using the bottles makes it easier to take your drinks every place you go.

    I joined the October 2024 to learn and implement a few habits for more simplicity in my day to day
    routine. I'm focusing on nature, reduction of waste and recycle more.
