    I wish the program was longer, so the information and training tools became
    a habit. Otherwise, I will do it again.

    The exercise I enjoy is Pilates and Yoga. It makes me focus and slow down my thoughts. I achieve a level of mental awareness and calm.

      I start my day by walking to school and it clears my head and yoga is amazing for your body and mental state. It takes me out of my head and into my body. Very relaxing.

    I joined the people's eco challenge because it gives me the opportunity to continue to learn and gain more knowledge. I have participated in prior eco challenge and really enjoyed the activities.
