Joie Grandbois 10/02/2024 6:47 AMMy mother shared with me how when she was growing up being able to have meat at every meal was so important to her parents even though they were not wealthy. I don't fully understand how meat became a status symbol in the US but it certainly is one. Love that you are doing this action!
