    Meat is expensive. You need more money to afford it. It also uses up resources and pollutes the land.

      My mother shared with me how when she was growing up being able to have meat at every meal was so important to her parents even though they were not wealthy. I don't fully understand how meat became a status symbol in the US but it certainly is one. Love that you are doing this action!
